Lunch registration collects your name, mobile number, optional email, delivery address, selected map coordinates and preferred delivery time. Ordering collects the delivery and order details you enter. Payment processing may create transaction references and payment-status records. Hosting services may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details.
How information is used
We use these details to respond to enquiries, discuss subscriptions, arrange deliveries, support orders and investigate payment or service issues. Delivery details may be shared with the people fulfilling your order. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Location and permissions
Your browser asks permission before accessing your current location. You can deny access and choose a delivery pin manually. The pin you confirm is saved with your registration. Notification permission is optional and can be changed in your browser or device settings.
Service providers and links
Registration information is stored using Supabase. Hosting, payment and map providers process information needed to deliver their services. Maps load tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives map requests and connection information. PhonePe handles payment details on its payment page; do not send us card details, UPI PINs or OTPs. WhatsApp and other external links are subject to those providers’ privacy policies.
Browser storage and retention
The website uses browser storage for preferences and workspace information, and a service worker to cache app resources for installation and offline use. You can clear this through browser settings. We retain submitted information for enquiry handling, service administration and applicable record-keeping requirements. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
